HSP Direct is a full-service direct marketing agency specializing in fundraising for conservative nonprofits and political candidates. We are seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our clients’ fundraising programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for conservative politics, a strong eye for design, excellent collaboration skills, and solid project management abilities. This is a great opportunity for designers early in their career to grow within a mission-focused, fast-paced agency environment.

We are looking for a full-time, in‑office position located in Ashburn, VA. Remote work is not an option.

• Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns, including direct mail packages, donor newsletters, calendars, and other inserts.
• Be a forever student of direct response, learning best practices of direct response and studying what’s working in our agency and across the industry.
• Be obsessed with results, always seeking to improve client performance through creative design and strategic testing of package elements.
• Maintain a positive, solution‑oriented mindset and thrive on challenges and problem‑solving.
• Build strong relationships with HSP’s Creative team of copywriters, translating creative concepts into visually compelling layouts that drive results.
• Collaborate with HSP’s Project Managers to prepare package files for print production, ensuring accuracy and high quality.

• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
• Alignment with HSP’s mission and commitment to support conservative clients and principles.
• Clear and effective communication skills, welcoming collaboration and feedback.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with different teams and personalities while respectfully pushing for the desired outcome.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills.
