Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can balance responsive client support with strong administrative coordination and a proactive approach to service improvement. The role will support customer accounts, help resolve service-related issues, and contribute to sales support and office operations through clear communication and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information to support a positive service experience.
• Manage customer account activity, update database records, and maintain organized documentation for daily operations.
• Assist with sales-related support by identifying customer needs, promoting appropriate solutions, and helping strengthen client relationships.
• Coordinate office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow, timely follow-up, and adherence to company policies.
• Review transactions and account details for accuracy, including support for revenue-related recordkeeping and reporting processes.
• Contribute to quality initiatives by following established standards, identifying process gaps, and recommending practical improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, clarify requests, and maintain service continuity.
• Support onboarding and guidance for new team members by sharing procedures, service expectations, and best practices.
