Overnight Concierge - Ashburn, VA

Due to continuing growth, we have an upcoming opening for a strong, experienced Concierge. If you are energetic and organized and have excellent customer service skills, we have an opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will be experienced working closely with staff to manage the community, must be detail-oriented, able to make decisions independently, wear many hats, and have the ability to deal with residents and vendors, Qualified candidates will have 1 plus year in apartment management experience. The shifts will be either 4 pm
- Midnight or Midnight - 8 am.

Consultants are those men and women whom we all have met when we choose to visit an Apartment Community. These professionals meet and greet, tour, and help to qualify potential residents in a friendly, professional manner. Leasing Consultants also keep existing residents happy by accepting work orders and supplying the community with exceptional customer service. This is your chance to launch your career.
