Job DescriptionJob Overview
The Summer in the Arts Cookie Decorating instructor will teach students the fundamentals of cookie decorating using royal icing. The instructor will guide students through key techniques, including icing consistencies (stiff, medium, flood), coloring methods, and piping techniques such as border/fill, wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, and marbling. This class focuses on creativity, precision, and having fun in a structured, beginner-friendly environment.
