Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Infant / Toddler Teacher - Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience - Ashburn is seeking an experienced Infant / Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom environment where children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through responsive care and structured routines.

Key Responsibilities

* Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers

* Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision

* Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities

* Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment

* Encourage early communication and social development

* Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones

* Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

* Prior childcare experience required

* CDA preferred but not required

* Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred

* Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
