Position:Assistant Preschool Director
As an Assistant School Director, you’ll be dedicated to the success of our next generation, committed to creating a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive. Welcome to... The Beginning of Something Big!
Responsibilities- Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
- Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
- Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
- Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
- Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
- Two years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a licensed preschool or childcare facility
- Teaching experience in a licensed preschool is preferred but not required.
