Early Preschool Teacher
The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Twaddler / Prepper Teacher to support young learners as they transition into more structured classroom routines and early preschool learning experiences. This role focuses on building independence, communication skills, and social-emotional development through engaging classroom activities and consistent daily routines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily classroom routines for young preschool-aged children
- Implementing developmentally appropriate learning activities
- Supporting early language, social, and cognitive development
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Guiding children through transitions and classroom expectations
- Communicating regularly with families regarding classroom activities
- Following Virginia licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications include:
- Prior childcare experience required
- CDA preferred but not required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable and nurturing teaching approach
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
