Learning Facilitators

Create a calm, structured, and inspiring environment where students thrive through blended learning and enrichment.

At Masterpiece Academy, Learning Facilitators guide students with care, consistency, and curiosity. They help students engage with their LUOA coursework, participate in enrichment, and grow into independent, thoughtful learners.

We’re looking for responsible, compassionate adults who are confident leading groups, passionate about student development, and eager to create a space where young people feel safe, seen, and motivated to grow. Both full-time and part-time roles are available for Fall 2025.

• Support students during blended learning sessions using the LUOA platform
• Provide academic support in math, reading, science, and writing as needed
• Guide classroom routines, transitions, lunch, and recess with warmth and structure
• Lead or assist with Masterpiece enrichment experiences, such as:
• Guided reading, literature circles, word study and read-alouds
• Academic, STEM & Math competitions and logic games
• Writing workshops and public speaking coaching
• STEM-based inquiry projects and student-led research
• Reinforce respectful, safe, and focused behavior aligned with our community values
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality student experience
• Participate in training before starting to ensure consistency and confidence in your role

• Experience in tutoring, classroom support, or working with youth
• Confidence supporting students in core academics (math, reading, science, writing)
• Maturity, responsibility, and the ability to manage student groups independently
• Strong academic track record and engagement in extracurricular or leadership roles
• Clear, respectful communication and dependable follow-through
• Comfort with technology and digital learning platforms
• Passion for helping students grow in creativity, faith, and confidence

• Background in public or private education
• Strength in STEM, enrichment leadership, or student clubs
• Familiarity with blended learning or inquiry-based instructional models
