- Ashburn is the perfect place for you! Located in Ashburn Village, VA, we are a vibrant, interactive museum designed to inspire creativity and imagination in children. If you’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for families and love working in a lively environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visitor has an amazing experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming families and children with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and cleanliness of play areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing visitor needs.
• Helping with special events, birthday parties, and group activities.
• Supporting team operations to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re excited to work with individuals who bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for working with children and families.
• Flexible scheduling with availability on weekdays and weekends and holidays. We are only closed Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
