Personal Care Assistant; PCAs

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support elementary and middle school students in a school-based setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing academic, behavioral, and personal support throughout the school day.

Ashburn/Leesburg, VA.

$20.00/hour.

ASAP Start through June 14, 2027.

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM.

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Assist students with classroom participation and daily routines.
• Support students with behavioral, social, and academic needs.
• Help students stay engaged, focused, and on task throughout the school day.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and daily living activities as needed.
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and consistent attendance.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be available Monday through Friday for the full duration of the assignment.
• Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient, and adaptable.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
