Job SummaryAs a Celebree Center Support, you'll be embarking on a journey of leadership and impact. The Center Support staff member assists with the daily operations of the childcare center by providing administrative and classroom support. Responsibilities include organizing children’s and teachers’ files, answering phone calls, assisting teachers and classrooms as needed, conducting tours for prospective families, and supporting enrollment and center activities.
This position helps maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment while providing excellent customer service to children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities- Organize and maintain children’s and teachers’ files and records
Answer incoming phone calls and assist families with questions
Provide classroom support to teachers when needed
Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming center environment
Conduct parent and prospective-family tours
Assist with enrollment paperwork and classroom information
Support teachers with materials, supplies, and daily classroom needs
Help with student assessments, parent-teacher conferences, and other center activities
Assist the center director with daily administrative tasks
Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and staff
Help ensure center policies and procedures are followed
Step into classrooms when additional staff support is needed
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable about childcare licensing requirements, regulations, and compliance
- Experience working in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain accurate and confidential records
- Able to work independently and support teachers and center operations as needed
- Professional, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy childcare environment
