ABM Industries - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including switch gear, panels, breakers, transformers, lighting systems, receptacles, and power distribution equipment;
Monitor electrical infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, ATS/STS, and emergency power distribution within contract scope;
Respond to alarms, alerts, and service requests during second shift;
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment;
Record all work, findings, and actions; ensure proper shift turnover and documentation; maintain safety and compliance; escort and supervise after-hours contractors
