We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, analysis, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and components. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams and may include leadership of project‑level initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated engineer capable of working independently, making sound technical decisions, and driving projects from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and integrated system‑level solutions
- Create and maintain detailed engineering specifications, analyses, reports, and technical documentation
- Develop equipment interface definitions and procurement specifications
- Build, integrate, and evaluate prototypes and subsystems
- Define system performance requirements, operational objectives, and resource allocations
- Recommend and support testing methodologies, validation plans, and verification activities
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
- Evaluate vendor capabilities and support sourcing and supplier selection activities
- Lead and participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and engineering discussions
- Prepare technical proposals including engineering approaches, schedules, and cost estimates
- Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with technical, budget, and schedule objectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies, engineering tools, and industry best practices

Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in the design, development, and analysis of mechanical hardware systems
- Thermal and structural FEA experience using ANSYS
- Strong proficiency in Solid Works
- Proficient in GD&T and ASME drafting/manufacturing standards
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and standard engineering software applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced engineering environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
