H5 Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Data Center Lead Building Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical systems across the campus. You will supervise the engineering team, coordinate with outside vendors, and manage internal projects under the Chief Engineer.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, reading drawings, writing procedures, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with codes. A background in building automation (Johnson Controls/Metasys) is preferred.
