Job Description

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree required

Certified General Appraiser license5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate

Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VALThis position can be remote or hybrid

The compensation for the position is: salary + fee-split and expected annual compensation of $100,000 - $300,000

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
