About the RoleThe Fix Clinic is looking for a Licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice in Ashburn, Virginia.
This position will begin part-time during the onboarding and training period, with hours increasing as training is completed and the esthetician builds into their regular schedule. The position is expected to transition to approximately 32–38 scheduled hours per week
, including 1–2 Saturdays per month

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, enjoys building lasting relationships with guests, and wants to grow their career in a collaborative medical aesthetics environment. The right person is warm, professional, dependable, and comfortable educating guests on treatment plans, home skincare, and ongoing maintenance.
Schedule & Compensation- Starting pay of $20+ per hour
