Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a entry‑level patient‑centered Behavioral Health Technician in Ashburn, VA!

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient‑focused technician to deliver life‑changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 7 am–7 pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

    Primarily based in Ashburn; may be required to provide coverage in other area centers. Reliable personal transportation required.
Your Role
  • Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping: maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: understand and assist with insurance and billing processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification plus substantial work experience—ideally in patient‑facing or customer service roles. Stable and consistent work history required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related major; at least one combined year of work or internship experience. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience.
  • Technical & Clinical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced

    MD preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and appropriate patient/provider boundaries. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Physical & Other Requirements:
    Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers.
