AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. • Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)
• Dry Needling preferred (not required — training available)
• New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply

• Base salary: $76,000–$85,000 with clear growth potential beyond based on performance
• Bonus potential tied to patient volume and clinic growth
• Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience and distance)
