Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) - Ashburn, VA

$84,000–$95,000 + Monthly Bonus

We are a privately owned physical therapy practice seeking a dedicated and personable Physical Therapist to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia.

Our full-time therapists average approximately 11.2 patient visits per day, with most clinicians typically seeing between 9-14 patients daily. This allows time to build meaningful relationships, provide individualized care, and focus on patient outcomes rather than simply moving patients through the schedule.

You’ll also be supported by PT technicians, allowing you to focus on evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and clinical decision-making.

Our caseload includes:

• Orthopedics
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Balance and fall prevention
• Neurological rehabilitation

• Salary: $84,000–$95,000
• Monthly bonus program (up to 6% of gross wages)
