In Home Caregiver ​/ Nursing Assistant ​/ CNA

Position Overview

We are hiring In-Home Caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate throughout Northern Virginia including Ashburn, with a minimum of one year of home-care experience. Caregivers will serve clients in all Northern Virginia counties, including Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun.

Employees may choose schedule, clients, and work location. Pay increases are offered based on choices.

We provide competency-based compensation, travel time and mileage paid, overtime pay for 40+ work weeks, and monthly caregiver recognition and rewards.

• Provide personal care tasks to clients.
• Assist clients visiting and staying in home care settings and assisted living communities such as Sunrise Senior Living.
• Work part-time, full-time, live-in, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend schedules.
• Respect clients’ pets (cat or dog) and personal preferences.
• Comply with company policies and state regulations.

• Certificate as a CNA, HHA, or PCA.
• Minimum of one year home-care experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Base pay range $22.50–$25.00 per hour depending on certificate, with pay increases for specific shifts and clients:

• Weekend caregiver pay increases: +$2–$5/hour
• Couple care pay increases: +$6/hour
• Visit rate pay increases: +$5/hour
• Personal Care Plus (clients with pets or smokers) pay increases: +$2/hour
