• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' functional limitations and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Manage a focused caseload, typically handling one patient per hour, to ensure each individual receives ample attention and care.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions aimed at improving range of motion, strength, and overall mobility.
• Specialize in providing cost-effective treatments while exploring non-invasive alternatives to medications and surgical interventions.
• Develop and adapt comprehensive care plans that incorporate evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and exercises tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Design and lead customized fitness and wellness programs that encourage proactive lifestyle changes and enhance patient autonomy.
• Document patient progress meticulously, evaluating treatment outcomes and adjusting plans as needed to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Maintain strong communication with patients, motivating and encouraging them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Possession of a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Physical Therapy, with a focus on orthopedic practices.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

• Strong manual therapy skills alongside proficiency in developing effective exercise regimens.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and care.

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
• First-hand experience in developing fitness and wellness programs tailored to diverse patient populations.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
