• Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and rehabilitation needs to chart effective treatment strategies tailored to their individual conditions.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, ensuring they understand exercises, safe engagement with rehabilitation tools, and self-care practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a cross-disciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to promote a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by participating in professional workshops, attending relevant training courses, and being an active member of professional organizations.

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries (like joint replacements), acute injuries, or chronic pain conditions. This diverse patient population demands a tailored approach to rehabilitation, allowing you to utilize your clinical skills and compassion to address their specific needs and help them regain their independence.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient in computer skills for documentation and patient management systems.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptive in fast-paced environments, ensuring high-quality patient care.

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is an asset, though new graduates are encouraged to apply as mentorship opportunities are available.
