AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Technician / PT Aide to join our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or a related field who is planning to apply to physical therapy school and wants meaningful hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and career development in a high-performance environment.

At AID Performance PT, you won't just clean tables and count reps. You'll work directly alongside experienced clinicians, learn modern sports rehab principles, assist with performance testing, and become part of a team focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Collecting patient forms

• Assist with force plate testing and performance programs

• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day

• Interested in orthopedics, sports rehab, strength & conditioning, or PT school

• Looking for a long-term role - not seasonal employment

• Bachelor's degree (completed or pending) in:

  • Kinesiology

  • Exercise Science

  • Athletic Training

  • Biology

  • Related field

• Available Monday-Friday

• Able to multitask and stay organized

• EMR experience is a plus but not required

• $16-$20/hour based on experience
