This is an exciting opportunity to work one-on-one with children, support families, and be part of a team that's committed to creating positive, lasting change in the lives of those we serve.

As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home, school, and clinic settings. You'll work closely with families and your clinical team to help clients achieve meaningful goals while building strong communication and developmental skills.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic environments
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and accurately document client progress data
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
• Help clients build skills that promote independence and confidence

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required
• Bilingual communication skills required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Pay: $26 - $34 per hour
• Part-Time Position Available
