What You'll Need to Succeed as a Cook

* A Positive Attitude-Because being a grump is no fun!

* Player Focus-You obsess over making our Players' experience the absolute best it can be

* Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment-Keeping calm when things get busy is where you shine

* Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment-A plus, but not required. We all start somewhere!

What You Will Do in the Role

* Role and Interaction with Players:
Prepare and cook delicious food items that exceed guest expectations, ensuring every dish is made to perfection

* Key Aspect of the Role:
Follow standardized recipes and menu specs to consistently create high-quality dishes while maintaining food safety and cleanliness

* Key Aspect of the Role:
Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food prep and ensure smooth execution of orders

* Contribution to Topgolf and Other Play makers:
Keep the kitchen running efficiently by maintaining a clean and organized space, from washing dishes to managing equipment

* Commitment to Safety and Sanitation:
Stick to strict food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure every dish is safe, fresh, and delicious

Physical Requirements

Let's be real-this isn't your typical desk job! Here's what you'll need to do to thrive in this role:

* Lift and Move Things:
Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying

* On Your Feet:
Expect to be on your feet for most of the day

* Active Tasks:
Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities-bring a can-do attitude!

* Endurance:
Keep up the pace in a high-volume environment
