Overview

Job responsibilities and requirements for a hospitality role at Topgolf focused on guest service in bays.

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

• Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay range is listed as $2.13 (tip eligible) to $2.13 (tip eligible). Benefits may include free play, discounted food, health, dental, vision, 401(k) with team member match, and access to well-being resources for eligible employees.
