HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide coaching and consulting to the Leadership team to help drive key people and strategic priorities, aligning HR strategy with business needs.
- Facilitate change management processes as needed.
- Lead performance management, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Work closely with management and employees to assess leadership and managerial needs, recommending training and development programs.
- Support employee development through mentoring and coaching initiatives.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to trend and track business unit‑specific HR objectives.
- Provide leadership development and best‑practice coaching to strengthen skills of business leaders at all levels.
- Consult with business teams on employee engagement, retention, organizational design, workforce planning, and leader coaching initiatives.
- Champion a performance‑driven process that improves organizational talent, including goal setting, quarterly evaluation, and annual performance review activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Travel to client groups as needed (average 25% of the time).
- Basic:
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or professional equivalent. - Seven or more years of human resources management experience focused on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Preferred:
Master’s degree. - Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
