Job Description:

• Deep experience with Security & Network Products, Technologies & protocols related to network functions, security, SD-wan etc.
• Strong understanding of security (SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, IAM Threat Detection, Segmentation etc.)
• Understand customer needs through data analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
• Experience or strong knowledge about Versa SD Wan.
• Map the user journey for our internal and external customers and distill key product functionality required to solve user pain points
• Translate product functionality into detailed requirements and user stories for prototyping and development by engineering teams.
• Engage closely with the engineering team to prioritize and execute on product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with, and presenting information to cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Office/Google suite, Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Charts, Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to iterate and improve product performance.
• Bachelors degree or four or more years of product management experience.
• Customer first mindset with a keen eye for product design and digital user experience.
• Ability to thrive under challenging and ambiguous scenarios with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate that data into recommendations and high impact narratives for leadership.
