We are currently seeking a versatile and highly organized professional for a part-time hybrid role based in One Loudoun, Ashburn, VA. This unique opportunity combines SAP expertise with executive support and digital engagement responsibilities.

Schedule: 5 days/week (6–8 hours/day)

Key Responsibilities

SAP Support (Ideal: SAP Security)

• Provide support in SAP systems, preferably with experience in SAP Security.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of SAP-related tasks.
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate appointments.
• Monitor and respond to emails with professionalism and timeliness.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Digital & Social Media Management
• Maintain and update posts across platforms including Linked In and Instagram.
• Stay current with technology trends and ensure content relevance.
• Utilize AI tools and adapt quickly to new technologies to enhance workflow and communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience with SAP (at least 3-4 years in SAP Security preferred).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using AI tools and staying ahead of digital trends.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
