As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will take ownership of multiple complex software development programs from start to finish. This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a talented software team to deliver robust, cutting-edge solutions. You’ll balance strategic vision with technical depth, ensuring projects align with organizational goals while meeting the rigorous demands of configuration control, security, and compliance.

You are an accomplished technical leader and program manager with more than a decade of experience in software development, including substantial time in the public or military sectors. You bring both strategic oversight and hands-on technical acumen, capable of reviewing solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring delivery against high standards.

• 10+ years in software development, with experience across the full SDLC.
• Strong background in leading technical teams and managing advanced technologies.
• Proven success in project management and risk management.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, Java, Go, PHP, Unity, or Unreal.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• US citizenship (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, or similar).

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with government software security requirements (e.g., NIST, CMMC, CISA).

Compensation: $165,000 per year
