As a Physical Security Enablement Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding and enabling our global IBX's with world-class physical security solutions.

This role requires a strong background in Security Integration Project Management, overseeing complex, multisite deployments of access control, video surveillance, intercom, intrusion detection, and related infrastructure. You will lead cross functional initiatives, manage end-to-end project life cycles, and ensure seamless integration of security technologies across construction, operations, and design teams.

You'll lead and support complex security initiatives across our global Data Center footprint, collaborating with teams from Cyber Security to Global Design & Construction. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational resilience, and compliance excellence.

• Security Operations & Enablement — Maintain alignment with national and regional executive stakeholders on security systems architecture, policy, strategic direction, and long-term business objectives
• Security Operations & Enablement — Manage multiple tasks and deliverables across cross functional security projects
• Security Operations & Enablement — Provide guidance and technical insight for security design engineering and project planning for new Data Center builds and expansions
• Project Management (with a strong focus on Physical Security Integration) — Oversee end-to-end delivery of physical security integration projects, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting
• Project Management (with a strong focus on Physical Security Integration) — Lead project kickoffs, facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across all phases of deployment
• Project Management (with a strong focus on Physical Security Integration) — Develop and manage project plans for installation, commissioning, and cutover of integrated security platforms
• Project Management (with a strong focus on Physical Security Integration) — Analyze operational, installation, and performance data to identify risks, streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance operational resilience and profitability
• Data Center Support & Systems — Resolve day-to-day security system issues across multiple IBXs, ensuring uptime, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Data Center Support & Systems — Conduct SPOF analyses, End-of-Life reviews, site physicals, and develop remediation plans
• Data Center Support & Systems — Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for security systems, installation coordination, and vendor engagement
• Training & Development — Design and deliver training programs for global teams to ensure consistent implementation of security standards, tools, and processes
• Training & Development — Identify training needs across stakeholders and drive knowledge transfer for systems and operational best practices
• Training & Development — Stay informed on industry trends and introduce innovative approaches to strengthen global security programs
