Job Description
** This position is contingent upon contract award
** SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of a DHS enterprise cybersecurity program providing 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services. This role owns program governance, cost/schedule/performance, stakeholder engagement, and transition/continuous improvement across cyber defense, IR, CTI, engineering, and modernization functions. Responsibilities
* Direct overall program execution, staffing, performance management, and risk/issue escalation.
* Serve as the primary interface with CBP/DHS stakeholders, lead governance reviews and briefings.
* Ensure SLA compliance, reporting accuracy, and on-time, high-quality deliverables.
* Oversee transition-in/out, continuity of operations, and change management.
* Maintain compliance with DHS/CBP security, privacy, and policy requirements, coordinate audits and corrective actions.
* Drive modernization initiatives (automation, Zero Trust visibility, cloud integrations) in partnership with engineering leads. Qualifications
* Experience:
7+ years of direct project and program management experience in delivery of information systems or computer network support services.
* Education:
bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
* Certifications (Required): PMP and CISSP.
* Clearance/Suitability:
Active Top Secret and SCI-eligible. Additional Information Work Environment
* Work hybrid/on-site as required.
* Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in CONUS locations.
* Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700.
* May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
