Service Now Developer (Virtual Agent – Now Assist) w/ Active Top Secret or DHS Clearance

InDev is seeking a Service Now AI Developer to design, build, and enhance Service Now applications and integrations that support homeland security mission outcomes. You’ll work hands‑on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements.

This role will also be responsible for developing AI features, leveraging Service Now Virtual Agent and Now Assist using the AI Platform.

• Develop and configure ITSM and/or CRM Service Now modules to meet mission requirements.
• Build workflows, dashboards, and integrations with Service Now.
• Develop access controls for Service Now applications.
• Design, create and extend data tables.
• Define database views and Glide Record queries.
• Build AI features with Service Now Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
• Participate in user story grooming and refinement; estimate and deliver within Scrum sprints.
• Troubleshoot incidents/problems, perform defect resolution, and execute performance tuning.

• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance and/or active DHS clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline or a minimum of three (3) years relevant specialized experience.
• 3 + years of Service Now development experience.
• Must have experience with Service Now Virtual Agent.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and implement complex Service Now modules, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with Virtual Agent Designer configuring Service Now Virtual Agent.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and government stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Section 508, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements.
