System Administrator

We’re looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our CyCloud Operations team and help maintain the reliability, security, and performance of our enterprise systems.

General Accountability: The System Administrator is a critical member of the Enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure team, responsible for the administration, maintenance, and reliability of enterprise systems and services. This role ensures system availability, security, and performance across server environments.

• Maintain documentation and reporting in support of CyLogic operations.
• Monitor CyCloud systems utilizing assigned technologies.
• Complete assigned software and hardware maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Patch Enterprise Applications
• Patch Windows Servers
• Active Directory Administration
• Respond to IT system support requests.
• Act as a point of contact for facility logistics (shipping, receiving, ticketing)
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Three or more years IT support experience
• Microsoft or other IT Certifications
• Microsoft Server Administration Experience
• Active Directory User Administration
• Communication Skills
• Critical Thinking Skills
• High Attention to Detail
• Organization Skills
