Enterprise Asset Manager

• Possess expert-level knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, best practices, and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, ISO 19770), coupled with a deep understanding of hardware, software, and cloud asset life cycles.
• Proficiency in asset discovery tools and techniques for various environments (network, endpoint, cloud) is essential, as is a strong understanding of software licensing models, compliance, and optimization strategies.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, CSF) is critical, along with familiarity with secure configuration baselines and configuration management best practices.
• Ability to integrate asset data into security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes is also a key requirement.
• Extensive experience with leading ITAM/EAM platforms and CMDB solutions (e.g., Service Now, Flexera, Ivanti, BMC, etc.) is expected, including experience evaluating, implementing, and managing asset management tools.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and scripting for asset data collection and reconciliation will be highly valued.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), with the ability to develop and track KPIs and metrics for asset management effectiveness, and strong analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive professional experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) roles is required, with at least 3-5 years of that experience in a lead or managerial capacity overseeing asset management programs within a large, complex enterprise environment.
• One or more of the following certifications:
  • Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
  • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
  • ITIL Foundation or higher (e.g., ITIL v4 Managing Professional)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Experience for hybrid environments where assets include mobile devices, multi-cloud environments, on-premise, data centers or IoT environment.

• Active or interim Secret clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Monday-Friday, Hybrid.
