Description
Maintain data center operations to ensure availability and reliability of service levels. Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs. Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures. Training of internal teams. Development of documentation. Provide technical support to data center teams. Development of scripts to update server and networking hardware. Maintain inventory. Assemble and install equipment. Perform maintenance of test and tools equipment.
Occasional travel to other data centers as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
- Computer hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling)

lift up to 50 lbs and/or work in elevated locations; reasonable accommodations possible - Work environment 24/7, on‑call rotation, after‑hours support as needed
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and react quickly to issues

Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Ashburn, VA. Work is fully onsite.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
