* The Opportunity:
CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead for a small cyber team supporting a software development portfolio for the Army under the ITEMSS contract. This lead role is responsible for providing cybersecurity oversight, ensuring compliance on applications, and serving as an interface with the portfolio cybersecurity manager. This hands-on technical position requires knowledge of RMF, Agile, and Sec Dev Ops principles to lead cybersecurity activities across diverse mission systems and shaping secure application delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a team lead overseeing cybersecurity automation processes, ATO lifecycle management, and enterprise RMF execution. You will maintain process standardization, support planning, and ensure cyber governance across the project.
* Ensure full RMF lifecycle compliance
-from initial categorization through continuous monitoring
* Managing and reviewing Automation Support for ATO packages, POA&Ms, and RMF documentation across portfolios
* Lead coordination with the portfolio cybersecurity manager
* Maintain standard operating procedures and governance for multi-system environments
* Ensure alignment with DoD cyber requirements
* Support cross-program improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and process automation
* Tracking program-specific needs and direct cyber resources to high-priority tasks
* Assessing organizational support tiers (Tier 1-3)
* Recommending improvements to tooling, dashboards, and vulnerability management workflows
* Support the enterprise cybersecurity strategy
* Providing mentorship, direction, and continuity planning for junior cybersecurity team members
* Ensuring audit readiness and alignment with DISA STIGs, Zero Trust objectives, and Army policy
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
* DoD 8140 IAM Level I certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC)
* DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Sec+, SSCP, CCNA)
* U.S. Citizenship with an active or interim DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
* 4+ years of cybersecurity experience, including experience with the RMF
* Proven ability to manage the full RMF lifecycle across the cloud and reciprocity principles
* Familiarity with Continuous ATO, Sec Dev Ops practices, and secure software development pipelines
* Strong understanding of software assurance cyber tools Desired:
* Ability to apply cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and strategic insight to drive innovative solutions across complex DoD environments
* Familiarity with Army-specific RMF workflows and governance structures
* Experience supporting Edge use case deployments, RDT&E systems, and containerized environments within the DoD
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in IL4/IL5 accredited environments
* An understanding of Security Engineering principles, including system hardening and defense-in-depth architectures
