Position: Bilingual Tier II Help Desk: 24/7 Enterprise Portal Support

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Tier II Technical Support Specialist in Ashburn, Virginia. This role involves providing 24/7 technical support and customer service for a large-scale enterprise portal. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and ensure a high-quality customer experience for over 100,000 users.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of technical support experience and be fluent in English and Spanish. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
