Skills Desired:

Indept hardware knowledge, indept cabling skills, understanding of fiber cables, must be experienced of replacing motherboard and RAM sometimes internal disk. Good communication skills, ontime response, update ticketing, basic ticket analysis. Flexible timing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Hardware install/racking and stacking/structure cabling/understand basic networking skills/trouble shoot network devices, coordinate with teams for hardware trouble shooting. Follow labeling standards.
