Minimum 7+ years of strong experience in Performance Testing, with in-depth exposure to industry-standard practices;
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency with JMeter, which is a mandatory requirement for this role;
At least 5+ years of experience in a Lead role, demonstrating the ability to guide teams and drive performance testing initiatives;
Sound end-to-end performance testing expertise as an individual contributor, including test design, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting;
Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering concepts, including bottleneck analysis, capacity planning, and tuning recommendations;
Proven experience in performance monitoring and analysis across different environments;
Experience in client reviews, requirements gathering, and coordination, especially in onsite engagements;
Ability to manage and mentor a team, while also handling critical deliverables independently;
Excellent communication skills, essential for client interactions, report walkthroughs, performance review discussions, and stakeholder management;
Exposure to project management activities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting;
Minimum years of experience: 10+ years;
