CACI is seeking a Principal Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to lead a module workstream for the OPM Modernization project, migrating legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for the U.S. civilian federal workforce.
You will own the functional design across Fusion HCM modules, translate federal HR policy into configurations, mentor consultants, and drive UAT, data migration validation, and training materials while collaborating with Agile teams in a state-of-the-art environment.
