- Execute hardware deployments and configurations to support the seamless expansion of network capacity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software malfunctions to minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain meticulous records of all infrastructure changes and maintenance logs to ensure operational transparency.
- Utilize precision tools such as multimeters and labeling systems to manage cable tray organization and power distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine operational workflows and implement industry‑leading best practices.
- Provide rapid response support during emergency scenarios to maintain continuous service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, server hardware, and networking protocols.
