Location: Ashburn, VA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, Fridays remote)
Compensation: $45-$55/hr+ (flexible for highly qualified candidates)

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Net Suite Administrator who will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company's Net Suite ERP platform. This position will support the Finance team while driving system optimization, automation, process improvements, internal controls, and user support.

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Net Suite platform.
• Configure and optimize workflows, customizations, and system settings to support evolving business needs.
• Partner with Finance and operational stakeholders to improve processes and increase automation.
• Manage system security, user access, and internal control requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance across the Net Suite environment.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

• Hands-on Net Suite Administration experience required.
• Experience supporting Accounting and Finance teams within an ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, workflows, reporting, and process automation.
• Experience with user permissions, security, and internal controls.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
