Senior Technical Writer

The Senior Technical Writer serves as lead technical writer supporting Service Advisories, System Status notifications, user guides, SOPs, training materials, communications products, and major incident communications.

Additionally, in this position you will:

• Lead technical communication strategy.
• Develop executive-level communications.
• Produce service and user guides.
• Manage emergency communication products.
• Support after-hours communications requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder review and approval cycles.
• Mentor junior writers.

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Five (5) years technical writing experience in an IT environment.
