This role could be filled both onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor provided facility. The Enterprise Request Fulfillment Manager directs all account management, provisioning, access control, entitlement, and user administration support services provided to the client.

• Manage all ERF and Account Management activities.
• Oversee account provisioning and de-provisioning operations.
• Coordinate workload management and staffing.
• Monitor access management SLA performance.
• Perform audit reviews and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity and Active Directory teams.
• Develop process improvements and workforce metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Five (5) years of IT operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing identity and access management operations.

Salary: $115000.00 - $125000.00 per year
