The APR Technician provides intermediate-level Tier 2 support for incidents that are escalated from the Service Desk.
Additionally, In This Position You Will- Resolve escalated hardware and software issues.
- Support remote workforce and telework users.
- Diagnose operating systems, application, and connectivity problems.
- Support Service Now ticket management and documentation requirements.
- Escalate advanced technical issues appropriately.
- Participate in trend analysis efforts.
- Three (3) years of IT support experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
Salary: $55000.00 - $60000.00 per year
