TITLE:
Project Coordination Manager
The Project Coordination Manager’s responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in the role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee and manage multiple team members.
- Delegate and distribute workload among team members.
- Track project performance and oversee short- and long-term goals of each team member.
- Manage and assist in resolving issues that arise within projects.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and other documentation.
- Organize, attend, and participate in various meetings.
- Document and follow up on important action items from meetings.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Determine project changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by Director when needed.
- Review, approve and track Time and Vacation of team members.

Education/Experience- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step‑step action plans.
- Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
- No certificates or licenses required
- No supervisory responsibilities
- Employee regularly required to sit; standing and walking required. Noise level in work environment is usually moderate. Must occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
