Join Our Team for Upcoming Hyperscale Data Center Projects in Greater Ashburn! • Location: Greater Ashburn, VA
• Type: Contract‑based (long‑term opportunities available)
• Pay: Competitive and based on experience ($20.00–$35.00/hr)
• Shifts: Must be open to all shifts (days, nights, weekends)

• Install and terminate network cabling (jacks, RJ45s) with precision.
• Work with fiber optics (experience preferred).
• Read and follow color codes accurately.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 20 ft, and working in confined spaces.
• Maintain consistent, on‑time attendance and uphold safety standards.

• 3+ years in hyperscale data center or commercial environments preferred.
• Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Proactive, dependable, and efficient time management.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules across all shifts.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.

The pay range for this position is $20.00–$35.00/hr.
