We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in Commercial Project & Construction Management. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing complex commercial projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to execution, monitoring, and closeout.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial projects with budgets exceeding industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

• Conduct daily project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on priorities.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Perform site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Analyze project data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
