Emergency Services Supervisor

Ashby Ponds, Erickson Senior Living.

As Supervisor of Security and Emergency Services, you will oversee program and procedural compliance, quality assurance and improvement, investigations, training, and administrative support for our gated retirement community.

• Full‑time position.
• Compensation: $28–$33 per hour.

• Ensure the security of the community through gatehouse operations, patrols, access control, visitor and contractor registration, key management, and related programs.
• Monitor safety programs, including security department inspections, workplace accident responses, hazard communication, respiratory mask fit testing, and other hazard‑related initiatives.
• Partner with the SES Manager to update and maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans.
• Complete incident reports, daily shift reports, and respond to calls for service.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of employees.
• Establish schedules, review and approve timesheets, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct and indirect reports.

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in public safety (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or a comparable supervisory role.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Responder role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Applicable state regulations and requirements may apply and take precedence.
